Letter To Our Patients

Our Dear Patients,

As you might be aware, Dr. Sheldon Bloom has decided to retire from the dental practice at the end of November 2017. For over forty years Dr. Bloom has served this community with great dedication and professionalism. He treated patients that once were children and now some of them are parents and grandparents themselves. He always enjoyed the dental profession and we are sure that you also enjoyed having him as your dentist. We wish him the best in his endeavors and we will dearly miss him in the office every day.

Since Dr. Bloom announced his decision, we embarked on a difficult and long search to try to fill the big void left by his retirement. We are glad to inform you that Dr. Huda Ali, DMD has joined us at the beginning of February 2018.

Dr. Ali, a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry, is an experienced dentist with advanced training acquired through AEGD residency. This multi-disciplinary training incorporates oral oncology, oral surgery, anesthesiology, OR procedures, and treating special-needs patients.

Dr. Ali prides herself on being ethical, compassionate, and detail oriented in her approach. She is always keeping up-to-date with new techniques in the field of dentistry. Dr. Ali is also an active member of American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Ali believes that as dentists we should give back and help our communities. She has volunteered with charities like Mission of Mercy, Give Kids a Smile Day, Habitat for Humanity, and Mission First dental clinics.

At home, Dr. Ali enjoys spending time with her husband and two lovely daughters. She also enjoys traveling and painting. A native of Madison, Mississippi, Dr. Ali brings southern hospitality to your dental visit. Come see us at Timonium Family Dentistry where you can compare travel notes with Dr. Ali while getting great dental care. She can't wait to meet you and work on a patient-doctor relationship that helps guide you through the uncertainty of your dental problems and accommodating your needs.
